If you feel you are in need of our help, please don't hesitate to contact us. Simply send us an email to investigation@goldenstateparanormal.com and let us know what you're experiencing. A case manager will be in contact with you ASAP to speak with you and decide what steps to take.
We provide a full pre-investigation visit, where we discuss the case fully with you and talk about what you've been experiencing. This is separate from the investigation. We want to ensure we understand what's going on in your home or business before coming in to investigate. At the pre-investigation visit, we will set up the investigation date and time, and will confirm that appointment beforehand as well. You will be assigned a case manager who is your point of contact for the duration of your case. When we investigate, it may take multiple visits, depending on the activity, what we catch, and what you continue to experience. Every effort will be made to find the source of your experiences and to offer you solutions and peace of mind.
